Mahatma Gandhi, A Different Perspective

Born in 1869 and died in 1948. Mahatma Gandhi, a lawyer by profession, has inspired a generation and still keeps inspiring the people. He was widely respected as a political and spiritual leader. Mahatma Gandhi. 

This was  June 1891 when the young Mahatma Gandhi joined the bar as a young lawyer at the age of 22 years. He took the training of the law from the inner Temple. His failure as a lawyer in India took him to South Africa

After the first 2 unsuccessful years in India. He moved to South Africa. In India, he was not able to write a success story as a lawyer.   In South Africa he got a job there. Life was good in South SouthAfrica He raised his family there. He was married to Kasturba Gandhi. Her wife was a true partner of Gandhi. From her family affairs to her politics she was everywhere to support her husband. 

The political views of Gandhi were shaped in South Africa, He was a part of the civil rights movement there. Due to his skin color and nationality, he has faced many issues and problems. These problems led him to the path of agitation. Even then this agitation was peaceful. His job in South Africa was over, actually, it was a case. As the case concluded he decided to come back to India. He was highly reputed among the Indian community there. This was the reason Gandhi decided to come back to the Indian community arranged a farewell party for him. During this, he came to know about a bill that prohibited the Indians from the right of the vote. So he decided that he will live with the Indians and help them get rid of these situations.

State affairs are not a new thing for Gandhi. His father was the chief minister of Porbandar state. His father was named Karamchand Uttamchand Gandhi. Gandhi belonged to a  Gujarati Modh Bania family. 2 October 1869 was the day when he came into this world.  

On his return to India in 1918 he decided to take part in politics. At that time has the reputation of a great Indian nationalist. Indians were in an effort to get freedom from the British empire. In 1917 the Viceroy invited him for a meeting. In the meeting, Gandhi has decided that he will favor the company. This is something the Viceroy wanted. At that time the Indian soldiers were needed by the British for the war. This was and still is the black spot on the integrity of Gandhi which he has for his nation.

Gandhi has inspired many authors. His thoughts still keep inspiring the people. This is the reason many books are written on him.
