INDIA’S TALLEST MUSICAL FOUNTAIN WILL BE OPEN IN VIZAG SOON

The city of destiny Vizag will have one more possession to its bag soon. The tallest musical fountain in India is going to be opened in the Central Park, in less than a week. The musical fountain along with the park will be inaugurated by CM Chandrababu Naidu on 30th August.

The park shall have a lot of unique features such as a fountain designed by Orient Technologies from China. With this launch of the fountain and heli-tourism, the city will attract a significant number of tourists, both domestic and foreign for Dussehra and winter vacations. The fountain will oscillate vertically at 360 degrees until a height of 40 to 50 metres and it dances to the tunes of digital music in different colors. Built in an area of 800 square meters, the fountain will last for 45 minutes, showcasing 64 events.

The entry price is fixed at Rs.20/- and among the other attractions, landscaping, which has been completed between the tracks, gives a beautiful look to the park. Cycling track, over-bridge, children play area, event lawns, ticket plaza, bonsai garden, bamboo garden, and floral garden are almost getting prepared.

This park was once the central jail, spread in an area of 20.2 acres. On an estimated budget of Rs.35 crore, this project started in April 2010 and it will be open to the public in less than a week
